Exhibiting at a large event catering to your business' target demographic market is a very rewarding promotional venture and can often be very profitable as well. With AVCon exhibitions, a business can be assured a large exposure rate for their goods and services to the target demographic market of AVCon. In 2009, AVCon displayed 32 3x3m booths, utilised by 20 unique businesses and organisations which was promoted to the 4000+ attendance throughout the weekend of the AVCon event.

This year AVCon will be providing up to 40 3x3m booths available to businesses wishing to present their services and products to AVCon's audience. These booths are separated in Standard and Premium boothing which represents their positioning and availability of multiple fronts to AVCon foot traffic. Premium boothing allows the client to choose the positioning of their booth within the exhibition hall (based on space and booths available).
Custom space is also available to those who may be able to provide their own booths or setups. Custom setups are treated as Premium boothing in regards to their positioning within the AVCon exhibition area.

The Artist Alley is an age old tradition available to sole traders who create their own artistic pieces of work to display and sell to the attendees of AVCon. This is provided to budding artists and creators at a very affordable price. The Artist Alley will once again feature in our foyer area and will see a very high volume of traffic which is just great for sole traders.
Non-profit organisations and clubs will also be considered for position in the Artist Alley.
