Snatched: An Introduction to Wigs

Come and take a seat, put your feet up, and we’ll teach you everything you need to get started and boost your cosplay skills.
Finding Your Cosplay Identity

Join Cheshrae, Potterhayley and Renegade Cosplay as we discuss the topic of finding your cosplay identity. Find out what we are passionate about in cosplay and why, and finding joy in different aspects of cosplay. We will dive deeper into our own skill sets about sewing, armour making and designing your own costumes. The three of us have been cosplaying for over a decade each and have picked up many tricks over the years to understand our cosplay identity. We hope to inspire new cosplayers or re-inspire those who may feel distant or burnt out from their cosplay.

Please don’t shoot the messenger, but you’re probably doing it wrong. Let Castleforge Photography, Grizzly Ghoul, and Shadinski Cosplay show you everything that could go wrong on a cosplay photoshoot. We’ll discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of Cosplay Photoshoots before demonstrating the dos and don’ts in a live shoot on stage. Finally, all your questions will be answered in a concluding Q&A. Don’t be that guy, and don’t miss this panel only at AVCon 2024.

Sweet food, savoury food… everything is an ice cream flavour if you’re brave enough! They’ll need volunteers to try each creation and rank their creations from delicious to… not so delicious.
