It is time to take the stage at the AVCon Ball LIVE!
AVCon Ball LIVE! is back for 2026 with a fresh new twist, bringing together dancing, drinks, rhythm games, and a night of AVCon community fun in the beautiful Adelaide Town Hall Banqueting Room. This is an all-ages event, however at entry we will be requesting photo ID to provide wristbands to all those 18+.
This year’s event also includes sneak peeks at AVCon 2026 guests and the debut of AVCon’s very first hit single, making this a night you will not want to miss.
Whether you are dressing up for a big night out, catching up with friends, or ready to jump into the rhythm game energy, AVCon Ball LIVE! is your chance to step into the spotlight before AVCon 2026 arrives!

What to Wear: AVCon Ball LIVE! is a chance to dress up and have fun with it. Evening wear, cocktail attire, formal looks, and cosplay are all welcome. Whether you want to go glamorous, idol-inspired, character-themed, or keep it simple, wear something that feels comfortable and suits a night out.
Food and Drinks: Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase during the event. Limited food will also be available on the night, so we recommend grabbing dinner before you arrive and saving room for the fun.

General Admission $25 – Entry to the full AVCon Ball LIVE!
VIP Admission $60 – Entry to the full AVCon LIVE! including access to the exclusive VIP area featuring complimentary drinks and nibbles.

Debut of AVCon’s Hit Song
This year, to celebrate Rhythm Revolution, Ayvee, Switch, Juliette, and Wayville have put their solo idol careers on hold to form the ultimate AVCon band. AVCon Ball LIVE! will be the first time their brand new song is performed, before AVCon 2026!
Dancing
Hit the dance floor and enjoy anime and video game music playing all night long. Whether you want to dance from the first track to the last encore or just soak up the atmosphere with friends, the night is built for a fun, high-energy party.
Freeplay Games
When you are ready to jump off the dance floor, the rhythm keeps going with freeplay available throughout the night. Play DDR, Taiko no Tatsujin, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+, Rock Band, and other party games across the evening.

Accessibility Information
Travelling And Parking At the Venue
AVCon Ball LIVE! is held in the Banqueting Room at Adelaide Town Hall, in the Adelaide CBD. Adelaide Town Hall is at 128 King William Street, Adelaide.
By car: Adelaide Town Hall is in a central city location and is close to several parking options. The venue’s official parking page recommends UPark Topham Mall, which is about a five-minute walk away. You can also check the City of Adelaide parking map to plan nearby parking before you arrive.
By public transport: Adelaide Town Hall is easy to reach by public transport. The Pirie Street tram stop is directly in front of the venue, Adelaide Railway Station is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are regular bus services through the city nearby. For route planning, timetables, and real-time services, please check Adelaide Metro before travelling.
Accessible parking is available in City of Adelaide UParks, with accessible spaces located near the lifts. There is also accessible parking in front of Adelaide Town Hall on King William Street daily from 7:00 pm to midnight, except Mondays. Holders of SA Disability Parking Permits may be eligible to apply for a UPark Accessibility Pass.
Entering the Venue
Enter Adelaide Town Hall through the main entrance on King William Street and have your ticket ready for check-in on arrival. The main entrance has wheelchair access via ramp and automatic glass sliding doors.
Inside the venue, Adelaide Town Hall has an LED display directory and lift access to all levels. The lift has illuminated raised tactile and Braille buttons, along with voice announcements. AVCon staff will be available to guide guests to the Banqueting Room, and VIP Admission holders will also be directed to the VIP area.

Sensory and Venue Conditions
This event includes loud music, amplified sound, flashing or dynamic lighting, dim lighting in some areas, and crowded spaces. Any cables used for freeplay areas and music equipment will be taped down and secured. However, guests may still encounter trip hazards such as chairs, bags, or other personal belongings near seating, game, or queue areas. Some areas may become busy or noisy during peak times, which may be challenging for guests with sensory sensitivities.

Toilets
Toilets, including unisex accessible toilets, are available within Adelaide Town Hall. After entering the venue and checking in, please ask an AVCon staff member if you need help finding the nearest toilets, as staff will be able to direct you based on the event layout on the night.
